'These Boots Were Made for Walkin': Part One (Exercise is Better than Medication)


Do you believe that exercise is more effective than antidepressants? Are you willing to look at some findings on that? Any chronic illness is a challenge and depression is no exception. Strength is required to endure the painful emotions and challenging out of control moods.

Now those kinds of discoveries are worth paying attention to. Now don't be too quick to dismiss this idea. If you are not a person with a habit of any kind of exercise there is hope. You don't even have to join a gymo or lose weight, just get moving.
