What is the Opposite of Thankfulness?

I am sure you have heard the expression "Don't look a gift horse in the mouth"?

Apparently when evaluating a horse you would look into its mouth
to determine its age. But if the horse is a gift, you should not look for those signs.

The implication of this old proverb is

We are talking about being thankful for the horse no matter how long the teeth are!

We are talking about being thankful.

So what is the opposite of thankfulness? Ingratitude.

Ingratitude has a root in bitterness.

There is POWER in thankfulness.

There is RELIEF FROM NEGATIVE THOUGHTS in thankfulness.

There is VICTORY in thankfulness.

Do you need relief from your negative thoughts?
Do you need power over your bitterness.
Do you need victory over depression?

Practise thankfulness.

Right now, go ahead.

Make a list of things or people or situations to be thankful for.

There are usually things to be thankful for.
And the things you are not thankful for?
Give thanks for those too and see what happens.

WHAT ABOUT YOU?
How are you feeling today?
Are you thankful or not today?
Could you use some 'thankfulness therapy'?
It's free. Just start. Right now.

Don't give up, there is hope for depression!
